Have you ever had a day that started off on the wrong foot, and then got worse from there?
I know you have—we’ve all experienced this. One small thing in the morning happens, and it sets the tone for the rest of the day. For many, this is a common occurrence. But it doesn’t 👏 have 👏 to 👏 be!
If you’re so willing to allowing a small negative thing break your day, why not allow a small positive thing make your day 🙌.
Creating a morning ritual is the perfect way to foster some joy before you do anything else, so that you can set a positive tone for the day.
Here are some things I like to do, to connect with my higher-self and get into a good feeling place:
✨Listen to affirmations with coffee
✨Read uplifting content before I even get out of bed
✨Create a gratitude list
✨Make a crystal grid
✨Listen to a guided meditation
Even when we cannot control the things around us, we can create joy for ourselves so that the difficult moments are softened. When we approach our day with a higher-perspective, things flow better, and miracles abound.
We cannot control what happens to us, but we can take some time to create a little (joyful) space ❤️.
