Walking into this week like ☝️.
We are working with some very earthy energy, ya’ll. This can manifest itself in very different ways. Perhaps you are feeling grounded & rooted and 👏 in 👏 your 👏 element.
OR, this solid energy may be emphasizing the areas of your life that are rigid and inflexible, which can make you feel a lil on edge.
But that is totally OK!
No matter what you are experiencing, here are some blissful ways to recenter and balance your energy this week:
✨ Create a mantra or affirmation for yourself this week that you will repeat if you feel yourself getting tense. My fav this week is obviously: “too blessed to be stressed” 💁♀️.
✨ Incorporate some essential oils into your daily meditation. My choice is lavender 👌.
✨ Prioritize movement (yoga, going for a walk, etc.), and move in ways that feel good.
Incorporate some of these uplifting practices, and you will be on point this week!
