You don’t need to leave the house to dream big! ⁣

Since there is a lot of fear and anxiety right now, I wanted to share the beautiful things I see coming out of this difficult time, and my big dreams for all of us. ⁣

This time is allowing us to:⁣
⁣
✨Fully immerse ourselves in the present moment. ⁣
⁣
✨Become mindful of, and connected to our global community. ⁣
⁣
✨Reassess, reevaluate and update structures that have been in place for decades to reflect who we are as a community NOW. ⁣
⁣
✨Consciously and intentionally connect with our loved ones digitally. ⁣
⁣
✨Appreciate our connection more deeply when we come back together. ⁣
⁣
✨Take a pause on the outer world and tune to the rhythm of our inner world. ⁣
⁣
✨Use this found time meaningfully to reconnect with our passion projects. ⁣
⁣
✨Create structures for ourselves that foster a sense of peace, despite what is going on externally. ⁣
⁣
