Happy Tuesday!
This morning when I was reading Louise Hay’s Heart Thoughts, I came across a powerful passage I felt called to share with you:
“Imagine that your thoughts are like drops of water. When you think the same thoughts over and over again, you are creating this incredible body of water. First you have a little puddle, then you may get a pond, and as you continue to think the same thoughts over and over again, you have a lake, and finally an ocean. If your thoughts are negative, you can drown in a sea of your own negativity. If your thoughts are positive, you can float on the ocean of life.”
Our thoughts are SO powerful! They really do shape how we experience our world.
This week, I encourage you to first become aware of the thoughts you are thinking and then gently guide them towards positivity.
If this feels unnatural, I suggest you pick a positive affirmation to repeat every time you notice your thoughts trending in a direction that doesn’t feel good. One of my favorites is “I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest and best.”
Here’s to peacefully floating on the ocean of life!
XO,
Sarah
