This is one of my favorite wellness exercises, and it only takes a minute!
Connecting with your breath is SUCH a powerful practice. It brings you back into the present moment, and is super calming to the nervous system.
If you are new to breath work, this is a super simple technique, and only takes a minute!
Set your timer for a minute (or longer if you’re up for it), and focus on your breath, with the intention of breathing slower and deeper. On each inhale mentally affirm “peace,” and on your exhale mentally affirm “release.”
The best part about this practice is that it can be done anytime, anywhere. It feels SO good!
