This week, I wanted to share with you one of my favorite mantras:
✨leave space for grace✨.
When you give yourself time and space before you act or react, you can diffuse negativity before it even manifests.
When you are confronted with something (anything!), I encourage you to take a breath, take a second, take a pause. Take a moment to consciously align and center yourself, before you act or react.
Remember who you really are. Remember that your most powerful stance is a loving one.
Take some time this week to consciously align, and leave a little (extra!) space for grace.
