This exercise is SO good, and can be used for your daily, weekly, or monthly intention. It will help you stay focused and mindful 🥰.

Intention exercise:
My intention today is to feel ___________ (ex. abundant).
The last three times I felt ___________ (ex. abundant) were:
Today, I will check in with my intention every time I ___________ (ex. pass by a mirror, eat or drink).
If at any point during the day, I’m feeling disconnected from my intention, I will ___________ (ex. take three deep breaths and remember my intention).
To lovingly seal my intention I will ___________ (ex. light a candle).
