Forget resolutions! Here’s a simple practice that will help you ACTUALLY get the results you want this year. This was SO powerful for me last year 🙌!
Make this your best year yet! Here’s how:
🍾 Step one: write down a list of words that describe how you want to FEEL this year. Keep writing until there’s nothing left.
🍾 Step two: scan your list to see if there is a theme, or a particular word that stands out to you. Choose one or two words from this list that feels both powerful and inspirational to you.
🍾 Step three: Write this word, or words on a piece of paper and keep it somewhere you’ll see it often (in your wallet, on your nightstand).
🍾 Step four: use this word to check in daily, to make sure that your conversations, relationships, and thoughts align. If not, gently recenter and pivot back to your intention. For example, my words in 2019 were ‘light & bright’ and if anything within my experience did not relate, I would either change the conversation, choose a different thought or let go completely.
🍾 Step five: watch as your mindfulness creates miracles in your life. This is SO effective, you will naturally complete tasks and be drawn to things that serve you. It’s all about that intention ?
