I wanted to share with you one of my absolute favorite practices for staying positive and uplifted 💝.
When something comes up that feels uncomfortable, unpleasant, or dissatisfying, I take a moment and ask myself:
“Do I want this to be the defining moment in my day? The basis from which I operate, and align my energy?” In other words, do I want this determine how I feel today? Sometimes the answer is yes, and I allow myself to indulge in my feelings, but mostly the answer is no. So I find something that ✨IS✨ going well in my life and focus on the joy of that for a few minutes.
This works SO well. It is a beautiful way to become intentional with your own well-being. Once you practice this enough, you will feel a clear shift and raising of your vibration!
You are so much more powerful than you know, and have the ability to create (so many!) magical moments for yourself.
