I know I say this often, but it’s always worth repeating: finding ways to feel good is SO important. How we feel informs what we perceive, and ultimately what we attract.
Here is one of my favorite tools for feeling better. Next time you find yourself confronted with a negative thought, frame your thought within a larger context.
For example, if your thought is “I am feeling frustrated with everyone and everything” you can soften that thought by instead thinking “I am (in this brief moment) feeling frustrated by some people and some things.” Can’t you tangibly feel how much better that one feels?
Offering softness is an extremely powerful tool for helping you to feel better. Because scaling from frustration to joy can often be a leap too far. Find little ways to be softer (and softer, and softer), and watch how much better you feel.
XO,
Sarah
