I love doing a little introspection and reflection this time of year. Highlighting your accomplishments, and defining your priorities is such a powerful practice!
I wanted to share with you my personal high-vibe practice for closing out the year. I did this yesterday and it felt ✨SO✨ good.
Grab your journal, your favorite crystal and be ready to be wowed by your accomplishments (even if it was simply getting out of bed! You rocked this year). You are SO amazing!
Year end reflections:
- What were my proudest accomplishments this year? List absolutely everything you can think of! Nothing is too small.
- If I had more time, energy or resources this year, what would I have loved to focus more on? Use this question lovingly! I truly believe that you are doing your best in any moment. If you did not get around to something this year, it’s Ok! It simply wasn’t meant to be. If you could have done it, you would have (and you still can!). This I know for sure.
- How can I incorporate more of the above moving forward? For example, if you wanted more travel, how can you capture the essence of what you want? Some ideas include: watching tours on YouTube, cooking a meal from that country, visiting a restaurant that specializes in that cuisine, learning the language, or creating a Pinterest board and adding to it. You get the idea 🥰.
