Nothing is ever worth sacrificing your well-being for. Paying attention to how you feel is an opportunity to consciously move towards things that make you feel good, and away from things that don’t.
However, sometimes you may confuse discomfort, growth and expansion (and even at times fear!) as bad, when really it helps you evolve into a higher-consciousness.
Next time you are feeling a lil off, and are unsure of how to move forward ask yourself: does this truly make me feel bad, or merely uncomfortable?
If it genuinely does not align with your well-being, see if you can gently let yourself off of the hook. If it is something important to be done, see if you can find a way to feel good about it, or outsource if possible.
If it merely makes you feel uncomfortable, trust that it is for your highest and best, and boldly go forward.
Sometimes you may keep yourself small by avoiding (uncomfortable) things that will ultimately help you transcend your boundaries and expand your consciousness.
